Huma MS Matrix SCREEN
Human Musculoskeletal Tissue
SKU: MSSP
Huma MS Matrix SCREEN are tissue culture plates coated with native human-derived musculoskeletal ECM solutions. Huma MS Matrix SCREEN is ideal for many applications including coating tissue culture surfaces to support cell attachment and growth.
Background
Product Description
Huma MS Matrix SCREEN is a native human-derived musculoskeletal extracellular matrix screening multi-well plate providing 6 test conditions. Huma MS Matrix SCREEN is coated with Huma MyoMatrix (muscle ECM), Huma OsteoMatrix (bone ECM), Huma CartiMatrix (cartilage ECM), Huma TenoMatrix (tendon ECM), and HumaMatrix (universal human ECM) to help determine which tissue-specific ECM is best suited for your cell research needs. Each well is designed to deliver precise and independent testing conditions, ensuring the reliability of your data.
Huma MyoMatrix retains the native matrix proteins and growth factors found in human skeletal muscle tissue including collagens (Type I, III, IV, VI), elastin, glycoproteins (laminin, fibronectin, tenascin), and glycosaminoglycans (hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulfate and dermatan sulfate). Huma MyoMatrix supports various cell types, including myocytes, fibroblasts, endothelial cells, stem cells, and more.
Huma OsteoMatrix retains the native matrix proteins and growth factors found in human bone including collagens (Type I, III, V), glycoproteins (fibronectin, osteopontin), non-collagenous proteins (osteocalcin, osteonectin) and glycosaminoglycans (chondroitin sulfate, dermatan sulfate, and hyaluronic acid). Huma OsteoMatrix supports various cell types, including osteoblasts, osteoclasts, osteocytes, mesenchymal stem cells, endothelial cells, periosteal cells, hematopoietic stem cells, and more.
Huma CartiMatrix retains the native matrix proteins and growth factors found in human bone cartilage tissue including collagens (Type II), glycoproteins (laminin and fibronectin), and glycosaminoglycans (hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulfate, keratan sulfate). Huma CartiMatrix supports various cell types, including chondrocytes, perichondral cells, chondroblasts, and more.
Huma TenoMatrix retains the native matrix proteins and growth factors found in human tendon tissue including collagens (Type I, III, IV), elastin, glycoproteins (laminin, fibronectin, tenascin, fibrillin), and glycosaminoglycans (dermatan sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, keratan sulfate, and hyaluronic acid). Huma TenoMatrix supports various cell types, including tenocytes, tenoblasts, fibroblasts, and more.
HumaMatrix is considered the universal human ECM which retains the native matrix proteins and growth factors found in human tissue including collagen, elastin, laminin, glycosaminoglycans and many other matrix proteins.
Huma MS Matrix SCREEN reduces labor time, consumable costs, and accelerates therapy delivery without affecting the quality of cells.
Tissue Source
The ECMs used in Huma MS Matrix SCREEN are isolated from human tissue sourced strictly from American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) accredited and FDA registered tissue banks and organ procurement organizations (OPOs). Humabiologics strives to meet research needs by providing high quality biomaterials obtained from tissue partners who comply with requirements for transplantable human tissues under 21 CFR 1271 of the FDA.
Precautions and Disclaimer
The ECMs used in Huma MS Matrix SCREEN are obtained from human tissue that has been tested and found negative for a minimum of HIV-1, HIV-2, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C, as well as other infectious agents. Please review the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for information regarding hazards and safe handling practices. Huma MS Matrix SCREEN is for research use only and is not intended for human use, diagnosis, screening, household, food, or other uses.
Storage Conditions/Expiration
