Humabiologics, Inc. is a regenerative medicine company pioneering human-derived biomaterials to advance research and therapeutic innovation. We are seeking a Business Associate to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ.
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations of an office, ensuring that it runs smoothly and that staff can focus on their work as well as administrative tasks, manage office supplies, coordinate meetings, and ensure office operations run smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain efficiency within the office by establishing the best policies, standards, and procedures.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, booking travel, and maintaining file systems.
- Maintaining office equipment, identifying needs, and acquiring supplies.
- Overseeing petty cash funds, processing invoices, and managing office budgets.
- Assisting with generating marketing, technical, and business materials
- Train and successfully onboard new hires.
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, managing correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Assist department directors in creating and applying policies and procedures, fostering collaboration between departments to emphasize the importance of accurate reporting practices.
- Filtering job applications, organizing induction programs, and providing customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of associate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, Life Sciences). Advanced degree is desired.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and other office technology including quikbooks, HubSpot, and other similar platforms.
- Extensive knowledge of office management procedures and be able to type at least 60 words per minute.
- Basic understanding of systems, procedures, work routines and standards.

Compensation/Benefits
This position offers a base salary in the range of $42,000–$50,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, the role is eligible for a quarterly or annual performance-based bonus. Benefits are structured as additional cash compensation, providing flexibility for employees to allocate based on their individual needs. The position also includes 14 days of paid time off (PTO), in addition to sick leave.
