Humabiologics, Inc. is a regenerative medicine company pioneering human-derived biomaterials to advance research and therapeutic innovation. We are seeking a Biomaterials Quality Associate to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ.
In this role, you will support our Quality Management System (QMS) by documenting, managing, and ensuring compliance across manufacturing and research processes. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a biotech environment, working directly with biomaterials while ensuring quality and compliance that support life-changing innovations.
What You’ll Do
- Perform inspections, analyses, and tests on raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
- Conduct assays and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure compliance.
- Review production records, document studies, and prepare quality reports.
- Investigate and report non-conformance events.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of High School Education or GED. An associate or bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, Life Sciences, or related field is preferred.
- 0–1 year of experience in quality assurance, laboratory operations, or other regulated environments (internships are considered).
- Knowledge of biomaterials and development processes.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with lab techniques, test instruments, and quality systems.
