Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Biomaterials Product Liaison at Humabiologics, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ. The Senior Biomaterials Product Liaison plays a critical leadership role, acting as the key interface between Humabiologics and its clients. This position demands a deep understanding of biomaterials, advanced communication skills, and the ability to strategically align product capabilities with customer and industry needs. The Senior Liaison is responsible for guiding and mentoring junior team members and driving initiatives that enhance customer engagement and product performance.
Education & Work Experiences Qualifications
- PhD degree with 1+ year of industry experience, Master degree with 3+ years of industry experience or bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, Life Sciences, biotech, pharma or a related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the regenerative medicine or biotech industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Extensive experience and proven expertise in biomaterial properties, applications, and development processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships.
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, capable of guiding junior team members.
- Advanced problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and technical tools relevant to the industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects concurrently and meet critical deadlines.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic engagement plans to connect with top scientists and researchers, promoting human biomaterials through presentations and participation in conferences and webinars.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and leveraging industry connections.
- Lead high-level sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Serve as the primary senior point of contact for key clients, addressing complex biomaterial product inquiries, providing expert technical assistance, and resolving intricate issues.
- Provide advanced guidance and support for the implementation and optimization of biomaterials, including sophisticated troubleshooting and high-level solution recommendations.
- Lead client collaborations to understand specific requirements and facilitate the seamless integration of biomaterials into research or clinical applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs and regulatory standards, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation related to biomaterial product specifications, implementation procedures, and client feedback.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on product performance, client satisfaction, and project outcomes to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
