Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Associate at Humabiologics, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ. The Quality Associate is responsible for documenting, managing, and implementing the quality management system.
Education & Work Experiences Qualifications
- Minimum of or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, Life Sciences). Advanced degree is desired.
- Strong understanding of biomaterial properties, applications, and development processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of systems, procedures, laboratory techniques, and the use of standard test instruments.
- Familiarity with basic work routines and relevant standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Conducting analyses, inspections, and tests of raw materials, packaging materials, quantitative assays on samples, and/or finished products from manufacturing to ensure quality standards and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Performing various qualitative tests or assays on samples to maintain and certify test instruments and apparatus for compliance.
- Carrying out required inspections, checks, analysis, and documentation of studies.
- Preparing and monitoring quality statistics and reports.
- Reviewing production records for adherence to procedures.
- Conducting non-conformance tests on manufactured, packaged, or tested products.
